Perhaps Sheridan did not realize that his every word and action would be placed under a magnifying glass as he climbed the ladder of success, stepping on his friends and supporters all the way to the top. Maybe Sheridan should have remained on the Board of Education!
We have Mr. Sheridan in office because Len F. pushed for his appointment to fill Ron's seat.
John F. was supposed to run against Sheridan leaving Len's seat un-contested. This was Len's plan and it back fired. For those that thought there were only 2 mindsets in Hanover, SURPRISE.
I predict that Mr. Sheridan will be just the sand that we need in our oyster. Len was defeated on his fiscal and environmental ideals, why should he be appointed to the very area that was his undoing? Having spoken to Mr. Sheridan on several occasions, I know he will surprise and annoy both camps and this is good.
